Coffee Makers - Things Dreams Are Made Off!

The heavenly smell of coffee! How can one ever get through a morning without a good cup of coffee? I"m useless until I have had my first cup of coffee. So, to me, a coffee maker is a very important kitchen appliance, I cannot go without it. What is important about a coffee maker for me is first of all that it must be programmable. I have to be able to program it so that the coffee is ready when I get up in the morning. Most mornings it is only the smell of coffee brewing that can succeed in getting me out of bed! Another feature in a coffee maker that is very important to me is that the heating plate must work properly. I do not want my first cup of coffee in the morning to be cold, but I also do not want a cup of coffee boiled until you can use it for vinegar, as I have had in my life. I expect a hot, fresh and flavorful cup of coffee from my coffee machine. There is absolutely no compromise possible. Coffee only tastes nice when it is perfect, any other way it is awful. Of course, how the coffee maker looks in my kitchen is also important. I want a machine that is easy to keep clean and will not show too many marks. How the jug of a coffee maker pours is also very important. You do not want a mess every time you pour a cup of coffee. So when you are looking at a coffee maker, always see if the comments mention it. A good coffee maker will have a good jug. So, there you have my criteria for a good coffee maker and all coffee makers should adhere to it as far as I"m concerned.

Yummy Fudge Recipes for Peanut Butter Fudge with Walnuts and Buttermilk Fudge with Pecans
Homemade fudge is one of the great indulgences of life.  And don"t be fooled into thinking you can"t make good fudge.  Copper kettles, etc are not necessary for a good batch of fudge.  You can do it, right in your own kitchen, with the tools you have on hand.  Here are a couple of good fudge recipes to show you just how easy it can be.  Peanut Butter Fudge with Walnuts or pecans, if you prefer, or the old fashion Buttermilk Fudge  is easy to make and is a real treat.  Note:  One of the keys to make good, creamy fudge is to beat the mixture as the directions state.  You need to beat until your arm is so tired but the fudge is stiff and creamy.
